CHECK IN PROCEDURES FOR INSPORTS CENTERS

We are thrilled to announce that we have purchased a software to make our check in procedures a bit easier during this time.  There are a couple of different ways to do check in now, including a highly encouraged contactless option.

**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS MANDATORY FOR ANYONE ENTERING OUR BUILDING.**

QR CODE/WEBSITE PRE CHECK IN FOR MOBILE DEVICES: (REQUIRED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18.)

Scan the QR Code to follow the check-in prompts which will provide you with a personalized QR Code that you will scan on our iPads as you enter the building to complete the process.

Pre check-in can be done by the parents for the child up to 30 minutes prior to the start of their activity.  This will avoid long lines.  If your child does not have a phone, please complete this process beforehand and a staff member can then manually check them into the system.

Stop at our check in table or iPad stations in front of designated entry entrances.  Follow the prompts until your check in in complete.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION AS THIS NEW PROGRAM WILL ASSIST YOU THE CUSTOMER, AS WELL AS OUR STAFF, IN SAVING TIME DURING THE CHECK-IN PROCESS AS WELL AS CONTUINING TO DILIGENTLY MONITOR ALL CUSTOMERS IN OUR BUILDING FOR CONTACT TRACING PURPOSES. OUR MAIN GOAL CONTINUES TO BE SAFETY FOR OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS AND WITH YOUR HELP WE CAN CONTINUE TO DO SO.
