INSPORTS REFUND POLICY
Refunds for youth programs will only be given due to injuries. A doctor’s note is required and the request must occur during the first 3 weeks of the program in question.
Full refund will be given in the case of Insports cancellation due to insufficient enrollment.
All Birthday Parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit and full payment is due 1 week prior to scheduled date of the party. Any additional guest can be paid the day of the party.
All other requests for refunds will only be in the form of Insports credit and will be at the discretion of management.
All membership sales are final.
All rental sales are final. Full payment is required at booking for any rental. All rentals are not subject to refunds (full payments or deposits).
No refunds or credits will be issued for any Insports program or rental when there is any type of disciplinary action taken.
