INSPORTS REFUND POLICY

Refunds for youth programs will only be given due to injuries. A doctor’s note is required and the request must occur during the first 3 weeks of the program in question

Full refund will be given in the case of Insports cancellation due to insufficient enrollment.

All Birthday Parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit and full payment is due 1 week prior to scheduled date of the party.  Any additional guest can be paid the day of the party.

All other requests for refunds will only be in the form of Insports credit and will be at the discretion of management.

All adult league sales are final.

All membership sales are final.

All rental sales are final. A 50% deposit is required at time of rental booking for any rental over $200.   Full payment is required at booking for any rental under $200.  All rentals are not subject to refunds (full payments or deposits) and 1 week notice of cancellation is required for an Insports credit towards the amount of the rental.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any Insports program or rental when there is any type of disciplinary action taken.
