Traditional Camp 

This camp is perfect for campers who would like to do a bit of everything!  Their day will be filled with non-competitive games, sports, arts & crafts, team building activities, and much more!  Each day your child will get to utilize our NEWLY UPDATED outdoor play space and get weekly visits by by Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo and Discovery Museum!

Age Groups: MINORS (GRADES 1-3), MAJORS (Grades 4-6)

Ultimate Sports Camp 

This camp is designed for our campers who cannot get enough of sports! Campers will spend their day playing both traditional and non-traditional sports as well as other competitive games.  Flag Football, Dodgeball, Kickball, Wiffleball, and Capture the Flag are just some of the games you will play in this great camp.  Each day your child will get to utilize our NEWLY UPDATED outdoor play space as well!  So lace up those shoes and get ready to play!

Wildcat Camp 

Our wildcat camp will combine the best aspects of both our traditional and ultimate sports camps!  Campers will learn and play multiple sports each day while also engaging in many non-competitive activities such as arts & crafts, and team building activities focused on early socialization skills.  Our NEWLY UPDATED outdoor area truly makes this camp the best of both worlds!  Weekly visits by Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo or Discovery Museum are sure to make this camp one you won’t want to miss!

Summer Camp Membership Flex Pack 

Summer is a time for taking a vacation at the spur of the moment or planning a nice 4-day weekend.  At Insports we want to provide you with the ultimate flexibility when it comes to attending summer camp!  All you do is purchase the package that fits your needs and come whenever you’d like for those amount of days throughout our entire summer camp!  If you want a few days in July and a couple more in August – you now decide when to send your child to camp.  The ultimate goal is to provide you with ultimate amounts of flexibility!

  • Must have an Insports membership ($35- Individual Membership or $55 – Family Membership)

Insports Adventure Camp! 

This BRAND NEW CAMP will take your child on an exploration of some of the BEST destinations this area has to offer!  Each day your child will go on a different field trip utilizing our very own Insports Shuttle.  SPOTS ARE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 14 KIDS SO BE SURE TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT NOW!  During this week of adventure, your child will get to visit Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo, Discovery Museum’s Adventure Park, Maritime Aquarium, Rock Climb Fairfield, and Quassy Amusement Park!

SPORTSlook Quarterback/Receiver Youth Football Camp 

SPORTSlook Quarterback & Receiver Camp is a unique program that you will only find here!  Led by the State Runner-Up Coaches at Masuk High School; this camp is sure to teach your child the essentials to be the best quarterback/receiver they can be.  With position specific drills, games, and competitions this camp will be non-stop movement.  Whether your child is looking to become a quarterback or line up as a receiver, this camp will teach them how to score, score, and score some more!

SPORTSlook Punt, Pass and Kick Camp 

This camp will emphasize skills training in PUNTING, PASSING, KICKING and so much more!  Packed with friendly PPK competition, an opportunity to learn every position in football and guaranteed FUN! Our SPORTSLOOK PPK Camp will be nothing your child has ever experienced before! Led by the current State-Runner-Up coaching staff of Masuk High School, we will uncover your child’s best skill and give them confidence to excel!

Insports Passing League Featuring Steve Christy 

Insports Passing League is a unique program that you will only find here!  This camp is non-stop movement!  Five-on-five flag football action with the coaches as quarterbacks allows each child to get as many touches as possible. The ultimate goal – score, score and score some more! Your child can either come in with a team or join as a free agent.  So don’t miss out, this camp is sure to be the only thing your child will be talking about!

Tri Town Soccer Clinics 

Are you looking for a soccer clinic that is challenging, creative, and fun for players of all skills & ages…..

Tri Town Soccer Academy & Insports are proud to announce this year’s Summer Soccer Clinic options for players ages 6-14.  Players will work with our Nationally Certified Staff who have proven track records in helping players develop athletically as well as improving each player’s current skill sets.  There will be (3) unique skill based training modules this summer that will provide players the “freedom the succeed” without the “fear of failure.”  Our professional and nationally certified coaching staff will challenge players with a variety of drills and small sided games/scrimmages/tournaments that are meant to ignite a “PASSION” to play.  These methods are geared at developing a player that is more confident with the ball, a player who has a greater self-esteem with his or her team, but more importantly, ensures fun and enjoyment for playing this “beautiful game.” No matter how old you are or what your skill level is, Tri-Town Summer Clinics are exactly what your player is looking for this Summer!!

Tri-Town Preschool Kickers Summer Camps 

The Tri-Town Little Kicker Soccer Clinic will focus on the basic skills and include movement and coordination activities.  Age appropriate games and activities will be used to teach the skills in a fun way! Each day the players will go on Adventure Trips to exciting new places with their soccer balls!  Our Nationally Certified coaches will take them to the jungle, the desert, the mountains, a swamp, the big city, an ocean voyage, a trip to outer space and more!  Players will encounter big trucks, snakes, monkeys, alligators, dolphins, pirates and even aliens from another planet! Together, players and coaches will meet the challenge of the day and come out VICTORIOUS! (No previous soccer experience necessary for this camp)

This camp teaches young players how to play with instinct and have fun! Futsal is played on a basketball court with a smaller, heavier, low-bounce ball! This game will help players develop better ball control touch and technique as it demands quick reflexes, fast thinking and pinpoint passing.

Technique Tigers Baseball Camp

Led by Coach Manny Torres and his professional Technique Tigers staff; this is sure to be the best baseball camp in CT!  Whether your child is serious about sharpening their skills or just getting introduced to this great sport; this is the camp for you!  Your child will receive some of the area’s best instruction with a focus on all aspects of the game.  Daily skill-work, hitting competitions, and simulated game-play are all part of this exciting new camp!

PHD Boys Basketball Camp Featuring John Cappello and Matthew Landin 

Insports is partnering up with local Trumbull coaches John Cappello and Matthew Landin for another year of Basketball Camp!  In addition to daily skill work geared towards improving their game, your child will be placed on a team for the week where they will engage in actual game-play each day guided by their very own coach.  If your child is looking to improve their game and have a blast while doing it then this is the camp for you.  Be sure to stick around for the end of the camp where awards and medals will be handed out! Discovery Museum STEM Camps 

Discovery Museum Engineering and Robotics Camp

Have you ever wondered how a computer thinks?  Ever made friends with a robot? You can now! Join us for a week of engineering and robotics brought to you by Discovery Museum! We’ll explore programming and learn how to communicate with robots Dash and Dot, then try out some coding challenges.  Want even more maker fun?  We’ll also learn the Engineering Design Process and build our own catapults, bridges, towers and more!

Weeks Offered: 8/13-8/17

Age Groups: 7-10 years old

Discovery Museum STEM/Exploration Camp

Day 1: Over the Moon: Does the Moon shine, or is it simply reflective? Does it change shape, or is it in shadow?  Your students will be “over the moon” as they learn all about our Moon and study its phases.  Learn how big the Moon is, how far away the Moon is, and what the Moon is made of, as well as why its appearance changes through the month.  Make your own “Moonscope” to take home so you can be a super astronomer!

Day 2: Amazing Adaptations: What are the needs of living things? What are some ways animals and plants obtain what they need in order to survive? We’ll learn what adaptations are and that plants and animals have different adaptations to help them survive, including a discussion of different senses and life cycles.  We’ll use hands-on sensory boxes to explore our own five senses and we’ll compare the life cycles of a frog, a butterfly, and a plant.  Each student will make their own butterfly life cycle model to take home.

Day 3: Motion Commotion (switched from Gravity Games; Gravity Games is a 45 minute program, while Motion Commotion can be done as a 90 minute engagement): Get ready for life in the fast lane! Students will learn about forces and motion and how forces are present all around us,.  We’ll practice using different forces to change the motion of a toy car and use ramps to study the force of gravity acting on the cars. We’ll see how high we can launch a ball and make our own launchers to take home!

Day 4: Sink and Float: Why do some things float while other things sink?  Your challenge is to figure out what materials are best suited to make a model boat.  Using a variety of materials, students will design and build boats to hold cargo and refine their designs to find the best materials and design.  Students will take home their boats as well as additional materials to show off their boat-building skills to their friends!

Insports Girls Lacrosse Featuring Nor’Easter Lacrosse

Nor’easter Lacrosse is back for another year to offer the area’s best Girls Lax Camp!  For the player who is looking to take their game to the next level or the beginner who wants to learn the game, this camp is for you!  Instruction from Southern Connecticut State University and Fairfield University coaching staff will include skill development, techniques for stick work, shooting, defense, offense and live game-play action! Nor’Easter Elite Clinic Series 

This Girls Lacrosse Clinic is open to girls’ grades 5-12 of whom have prior playing experience.  Instruction from Southern Connecticut State University and Fairfield University coaching staff will encompass all aspects of the game.  Players will be broken up based on their age/ability and will receive high level instruction from some of the area’s best college coaches!

Competitive Edge Field Hockey 

Insports is partnering up with Kati Cavanagh to run this year’s Girls Field Hockey Camp!  This camp will be run by the area’s most experienced coaches.  Former and current Division 1 players with guest coaching appearances by current college coaches!  Players will get to work on passing and receiving as well as offensive and defensive strategies.  Each day will feature a combination of drills accompanied by application in small games and scrimmages!

Girls Inc.

Girls Inc. of Fairfield County Science of Sports is proud to partner with Insports!  A camp for girls that uses sports to introduce a build on SMART (Science, Math and related Technology) concepts.  Girls will build a model a model circulatory system, measure carbon dioxide in their breath, build a model prosthetic limb, see how their body uses food to make energy and explore the physics of movement! Activities are hands on and will keep brains and bodies active! Girls Inc: Inspiring Girls to Be Strong, Smart and Bold!

Insports Performance Center Summer Fitness Camps & Clinics 

PE Tutor (Ages 7-12)

Today, our children play less in the yard and have fewer PE classes.  Consequently, they are move overweight and getting injured more often.  This class handles those issues.  Taught by a CT state certified PE teacher, your child will participate in games, obstacle courses, relay races, fun games encouraging “guided free play.”  The result will be a healthier child excited to get off the couch and be active!

Dates: July 16th-July 20th

Days: M-F 9am to 12 noon

Speed and Agility (Ages 7-10, 11-13 and High School age) 

Work on run technique to exploit your potential for speed and decrease your risk of injury.  Less of a conditioning class and more of a repetitive training class, our certified coaches will teach your athlete how to move more efficiently.  The effect will be that your athlete will react more quickly, be fast and be able to change direction more efficiently.  All things that will make your athlete perform better on the field.

Dates: July 9th through August 17th 6 weeks, 2 times per week

Ages 7-10: 12 noon to 1pm Monday and Wednesday

Ages 11-13: 12 noon to 1pm Tuesday and Thursday

High School Age: 5pm to 6pm Tuesday and Thursday

Conditioning for Fall Sports (Ages 13-17)

5 days a week, you will be taught to lift and train for speed and agility by certified and trained Strength and Conditioning Professionals.  We will also make sure that you are in shape for your sport.  If you have put off getting ready for the Fall season, or just want to make sure you are in shape to DOMINATE, this is the camp for you.  Sports: Volleyball, Football, Lax, Field Hockey, Soccer and Swimming.

Dates: July 2nd through August 10th 6pm-7pm (no class 7/4)
