Friday! The weekend is almost here again, and now is the time where
everybody’s brains shifts from the workweek to their plans for the
next two days. If you are trying to avoid another weekend on the
couch, Insports has two great events for you to attend!

CPD Self Defense Open
House – Saturday, September 27th @ 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Did you
know that the average time it takes for emergency responders to
arrive at the scene of a 911 call is between four and ten minutes?
However, the average time of an interaction between a criminal and
their victim is only 90 seconds. Usually, by the time that police or
ambulance arrive, the offender has already gotten what they want from
you and made their escape. Are you prepared to defend yourself?
If the
answer is no, join CPD Self Defense at their first ever open house at
Insports this Saturday, September 27th from 11:00 am to
1:00 pm. CPD’s instructors have over 20 years of experience and black
belts in multiple martial arts disciplines including Karate, Aikido,
and Jujitsu. These instructors will provide simple teachings which
are fun, healthy, and family-friendly. Build your self confidence,
increase your situational awareness, and learn how to protect
yourself at the CDP Self Defense Open House.
is free and everyone is encouraged to attend, regardless of age or
gender. If
you have any questions about CPD Self Defense or this special event,
