This July, every new friend of the Insports Facebook page will generate a one dollar donation to the CT Challenge.

Help spread the word to raise awareness and money for this important local charity by sharing this post to your FB timeline. All you have to do is ask your friends to “like” our FB page during the month of July – or like it yourself if you haven’t done so already. We will add up the likes and make a donation at the end of the month, and we are guaranteeing a $500 donation!

Consider riding in this exceptional event with over 1500 other cyclists from the area as they raise money to support the programs that run all year. There are one- and two-day, and 25-, 50-, 75- and 100-mile routes that cover beautiful roads in rural Connecticut.

CT Challenge is a Southport charity that operates the Center for Survivorship, a new facility that provides a wide range of exercise, nutrition and counseling services for cancer survivors. This July 25 is the Bike CT Challenge fundraising event — now in its 10th year!

The Connecticut Challenge empowers cancer survivors to live healthier, happier and longer lives by creating and funding unique survivorship programs and research.  In 2012, programs funded by the CT Challenge impacted the lives of over 54,000 cancer survivors.
