Calling all girls grades 5-10: do you love playing lacrosse? Do you dream of taking your game to the next level? If so, you need to sign up for the Sundown Elite Girls Lacrosse Camp at Insports.

This four-day clinic will be held on August 8th–11th, from 5:30-7:30 PM each night.

The Sundown Elite Girls Lacrosse Camp is a high-level camp focused on the technical skills needed to maximize your talents. Equal time will be spend on all aspects of the game, including:

• Body position on defense

• Creativity on the attack

• Goalie-specific training

• And more!

This camp goes well beyond just the physical aspect of girl’s lacrosse. Participants will also engage in film study sessions to sharpen their lax IQ. As young collegiate prospects, it is essential to learn how to watch game film in order to enhance performance.

The Sundown Elite Girls Lacrosse Camp is headed by Maureen Spellman and Carolynn Keal:

Maureen Spellman is the head coach of Southern Connecticut State University’s girls lacrosse team. During her three-year tenure, SCSU has seen its best three-year stretch in school history. Before her coaching career, Maureen was a standout goalie at the University of New Haven, where she became the program’s all-time leader in career saves.

Carolynn Keal is currently a sophomore at Southern Connecticut State University, where she plays under coach Spellman on the lacrosse team. She started all 17 games and totaled over 50 midfield draw controls en route to her record-breaking freshman season.

The cost of the program is $240 per session. You can register online by clicking here.
