Mission City Baseball AAU Season & Tournament Info

The Mission City Baseball teams will play in the very competitive East Shore Travel League (“ESTL”).  ESTL has now been in operation over a decade, and in that time it has grown to be one of the largest AAU Baseball Leagues on the East Coach, with 250-300 teams competing in 8U-19U divisions throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall.  Since this is an AAU Baseball National League, teams that participate in the league qualify to participate in the AAU Grand Nationals at ESPN Wide World of Sports (ages 9-13) and the AAU Nationals in Sarasota, Florida (14U, Underclassmen and Upperclassmen).  They are also invited to participate in the AAU Baseball Wood Bat Championship at ESPN.  ESTL features teams from Connecticut and Massachusetts.  One of the best features of ESTL is that it has divisions within most age groups to allow for varying levels of competitiveness.

The Spring Season runs from early April until June, and involves non high school aged teams. Those teams can play competitive baseball and those players and their teams that still want to play Little League, Ripken League or Middle School Baseball and All Star District, Regional and State Tournaments can do so.  The Summer Season goes from June until the beginning of August, and features wood bat competition for the older teams.  13U teams will play a longer season going from early April to the end of July.

“I’m more than excited to partner with such a great Sports Forum such as InSports of Trumbull.  We have been looking for the perfect platform to build the states best AAU Baseball program, and I feel with this new location we have access to the best ballplayers in the state to do so.  We are great at what we do, and we look forward to meeting so many new players and their families this October during tryouts for our 2022 Spring/Summer teams.
