Fall Programming

In this clinic, your child will learn the basics of football including proper stance, proper catching and throwing technique, team building exercises & more! It’s an excellent opportunity to have a healthy lifestyle instilled in your child’s life for after school!

This clinic will teach your daughter the basics of football! The Sportslook coaches always provide a high-paced, high energy and positive environment for players to develop.

Come and try-out for Fairfield County’s PREMIER AAU BASKETBALL team run by world renowned Coach Dave Taylor!  DTX is all about player development!  The purpose is to teach and develop players so they can reach their potential on and off the court!

FALL PROGRAM DETAILS:

Practice Only Option: $600

Practices Plus 3 Tournaments: $900

Practices Plus 6 Tournaments: $1200

*Practices are twice a week for an 90 minutes*

Tryout Dates: August 27th (6:00-6:30pm), September 2nd (6:00-6:30pm), September 4th (6:00-6:30pm), September 8th (6:00-6:30pm)

Come join Trumbull High School Varsity Head Coach Steve Tobitsch for this exciting 8-week girls basketball clinic! This clinic will focus on all aspects of the game; ball handling, passing, speed & agility, offensive and defensive techniques, shooting, and more!

This coed clinic will include instruction, game play, educational disciplines, FUN and Future Stars “Lessons of Life” program!

Develop the skills, confidence, and Lacrosse IQ to take your game to the next level. More than a clinic, Palms Down Lacrosse Training is a complete player development program designed to help boys of all skill levels build a strong foundation and continue improving every time they step on the field.

Players will develop stick skills, footwork, dodging, shooting, body positioning, and overall Lacrosse IQ while learning the responsibilities and techniques of each position. With players grouped by age and skill level, every athlete receives the right balance of instruction, challenge, and individualized development.

Mini Club is a great option for athletes who:

• Are learning the game of volleyball
• Want to improve their skills and knowledge of the game
• Want to continue playing at the next level (high school and/or club)
• Want to have fun and make new friends!

Mini Stars is a great option for athletes who:

• Are learning the game of volleyball
• Want to improve their skills and knowledge of the game
• Want to have fun and make new friends!

NOVA Boys Slam at Insports is open to boys ages 9-14 who are looking to learn the game and develop their skills. The program focuses on fundamentals like passing, setting, serving, and hitting in a fun and supportive environment. With one practice per week, players will build confidence, improve coordination, and grow their love for the game!

NOVA Boys Slam is a great option for athletes who:

• Are learning the game of volleyball
• Want to improve their skills and knowledge of the game
• Want to have fun and make new friends!

NOVA Regional Volleyball at Insports offers advanced training and competition opportunities for athletes in grades 7–12 who are ready to take their game to the next level. Players will participate in structured practices focused on technical skills, teamwork, and tournament play in a fun and competitive environment.

NOVA Regional is a great option for athletes who:

• Have prior volleyball experience and want to continue developing their skills

• Are interested in higher-level training and competition opportunities

• Want to play alongside peers with similar goals and commitment
